Q.: Do you work with other professionals or homeowners? A.: We offer design services to both Residential and Commercial clients. Real Estate professionals look to us for assistance in selling homes, both newly listed, and those that have been "sitting on the market" . Homeowners invite us in to help them fall in love with their homes all over again.
Q.: What is involved in the Redesign process? A: After doing a walk through and getting a feel for your wants and needs, we will perform a Half Day redesign (3-4 hours) for $250.00 or a Full Day (7-8 hours) for only $400.00. We encourage you to consider a Full Day as you'll want to redesign more than just one room once you see the difference it makes! Q.: What is involved in the Home Staging process? A.: At the initial consultation, either at the request of the realtor or the homeowner, we will come to your home, take numerous
pictures and measurements, and prepare a detailed report. An appointment will be scheduled to return to complete the staging process. Homeowners purchasing complete staging services will receive a substantial discount on the consultation fee OR the report can be left with the do-it-yourself homeowner upon payment of the consultation fee. (Prices start at $150. Minimum, or 1% of square footage total. Example: 2,250 sq. foot home = $225. Consultation fee.)
Q.: Do you offer any other services? A.: Aside from Home Staging and Room Redesign we offer a number of other services to homeowners. Subsequent to either home enhancement purchase we offer Personalized Shopping for home decor. These rates are, of course, job specific. We also offer a Move-In Service as well as Holiday Decorating.
